The Penrose Triangle

The Penrose Triangle is a large scale installation that recieved the Burning Man Honorarium Art Grant in 2014. When viewed from the right orientation and distance this impossible shape creates the illusion of a perfect triangle. For this project I worked as fabrication assistant, cutting, angling, and grinding all of the precise lengths of steel tubing that it took the build this immense sculpture.
